Registration:

If you’re visiting Acme Fertility & HealthCare Centre for the first time, you’ll need to complete a one-time registration. Please ensure all the requested information, including your initial health record, is provided accurately.

Scheduling your admission:

If your hospitalization was planned in advance, our doctor’s team will inform you of the date and time for your admission. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please reach out to our Front Desk as soon as possible.

Pre-admission counselling:

Our Customer Relations Executive (CRE) is here to provide you with helpful information, including financial counselling, available accommodation options, and the expected duration of your hospital stay. The CRE will also share details about the approximate costs for your procedure, medications, and room. Please feel free to ask any questions and clarify any doubts, including the Do’s and Don’ts during your time at the hospital, before your admission.

We strive to make your stay as pleasant and comfortable as possible.

Consultant’s round:

  • Consultants will conduct rounds twice a day. However, if patients are stable, the rounds may be reduced to once daily.
  • Our medical officers will be available at all times to attend to your needs and concerns. Please don’t hesitate to share any questions or issues you may have with them

Dispensary:

We understand that running around for medications before, during, and after surgery can be stressful and burdensome for patients and their attendants. To make things easier, we provide all necessary medications internally. To maintain quality and avoid any commercial influence, we do not accept medicines from outside sources.

Overnight guests:

For the comfort and recovery of our patients, we kindly ask that visitors, family members, or relatives do not stay overnight in the patient’s room or bed area. This helps maintain a restful environment for the patient.

For overnight stays, only one attendant is permitted in the general ward, two attendants in deluxe and super deluxe rooms, and one attendant in sharing rooms.

If additional attendants are required to stay (with approval from hospital authority), there will be a daily charge of Rs. 500 for the general ward, Rs. 800 for cabin/sharing rooms, and Rs. 1,000 for deluxe rooms.

No smoking, No Chewing tobacco:

Our commitment to maintaining a safe and healthy space for both patients and staff is reflected in our strict no-smoking policy. We also ask that pan/tobacco chewing be avoided within the hospital, as it is considered disrespectful and inappropriate. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated in helping us uphold these standards.

Discharge planning:

Your doctor will determine when you’re ready to be discharged. Typically, discharges are scheduled between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. If you need to leave earlier or later, please inform your nurse. Please note that the discharge process may take some time depending on the processing load. We appreciate your patience.

Discharge checklist:

Before leaving the hospital, please take a moment to:

  • Review the written instructions provided by your doctor or nurse, and feel free to ask any questions about medications, activities, or diet after discharge.
  • Confirm whether any test results or reports are pending.
  • Ensure that any follow-up appointments, treatments, or care are scheduled.
  • Pack all of your belongings, including any medications you need to take home.

If you need any assistance, don’t hesitate to ask.

COVID – 19 precaution:

Please get vaccinated as soon as you’re eligible and follow local vaccination guidelines.

  • Maintain a physical distance of at least 1 metre from others, even if they seem healthy. Avoid crowded places and close contact when possible.
  • Wear a properly fitted mask when you can’t maintain physical distance, especially in poorly ventilated areas.
  • Clean your hands frequently using alcohol-based hand rub or soap and water.
